Terms & Conditions for Weddings

 1. Securing the booking of the event

1.1 The booking of the wedding date is only confirmed once deposit has been paid by client.

1.2 £100 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining amount can be paid at any time up to the date of the event.

1.2a By paying the £100 deposit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated within this contract.

1.3 Deposit is non- refundable and non-transferable.

1.4 Payments can be made by cash, pay pal or bank transfer.

1.5 Final payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the wedding date unless agreed otherwise by Blend Makeup Ltd in writing.

1.6 The amount of makeups required on the day must be confirmed upon booking. In the event of any drop outs you will still need to cover the cost of the number makeup applications agreed.

2. Cancellations

2.1 The client can cancel the event at any point in writing

2.2 Blend Makeup LTD will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up until point of cancellation, however the client will not be liable for any further payments.

2.3 Cancellations made by Blend Makeup LTD due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the makeup artists performance of their obligations, only where no suitable alternative can be given , a full refund will be given to the client. No further compensation will be offered.

3. Travel expenses for UK weddings

3.1 Blend Makeup LTD covers journeys less than half an hour form DA14 5HF. Any mileage over this will be charged at a fee of £40 per hour from DA14 5HF.

3.2 We do not travel for bridal partys of less than 5 people or a minimum charge of £600.

4. Destination Weddings

4.1 Destination weddings will incur a £150 per day per makeup artist charge on top of the makeup prices. This includes travel days.

4.2 A Minimum of two days accommodation must be provided for the night before and the night of the wedding in a suitable location. The cost must be covered by the client.

4.3 The cost of the flights and and additional luggage must be covered by the client.

4.4 Any additional expenses including taxis/transfers, airport fees and parking must be covered by the client.

4.5 In the event of cancellations or delays to flights out of the control of Blend Makeup Ltd a refund will not be offered.

5. Allergies / Medical Conditions

5.1 If you have any medical conditions, sensitivities or allergies of any kind, you must make these known prior to your trial.

5.2 Blend Makeup LTD cannot be held liable for any losses incurred due to the clients failure/inability to advise of any known/ pre existing conditions.
