Yes we take a 50% deposit for all bookings.
Deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date as long as a minimum of 48 hours notice is given. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will lose their deposit.
Unfortunately, no. We are unable to travel to you, all appointments must take place in the salon. (with the exception of weddings.)
All of our hair dressers are self employed, so we do not deal with their bookings.
