Cancellation and Refund policy
All appointments require a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to change your deposit over to another date or service.
Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice given will lose their deposit.
As long as 48 hours notice is given, your deposit will be held under your name for a maximum of 3 months. Please contact us directly to re-book your appointment and use a previous deposit.
If your appointment is cancelled by us for any reason, a refund can be issued.
